Campfire Feature Boosts Gold Earning
The Campfire feature allows players to earn Gold over time without needing an NFT. Gold is a crucial resource in the game, necessary for upgrading units. Players must manually collect it from their storage before it reaches capacity, as exceeding the limit halts further Gold production.
Though anyone can generate Gold, staking Lord NFTs enhances both the Gold generation rate and storage capacity. However, these bonuses are only active when the NFTs are staked—removing or selling the NFT stops the benefits.
Gold Generation Rates:
- Camp: 8 Gold/hour, 600 capacity (no Lord required)
- Chateau: 36 Gold/hour, 2600 capacity (Rare Lord staked)
- Tower: 90 Gold/hour, 6500 capacity (Epic Lord staked)
- Fortress: 180 Gold/hour (Legendary Lord staked)
- Citadel: 360 Gold/hour (Mystic Lord staked)
Players must return periodically to collect Gold before their storage fills up. In addition to this update, Season 4 of Wild Forest has brought new leaderboard rewards and the introduction of Recruitment Centers, adding extra functionality for staked NFTs.
Map Design Contest: Win NFTs & More
In addition to the Campfire feature, Wild Forest is hosting a Map Design Contest, where players can submit custom 1v1 maps for a chance to win valuable NFTs. Players can submit up to two designs, which can be hand-drawn or AI-generated, featuring familiar game elements such as territories and emplacements.
How to Enter:
- Post your map design on Twitter/X, tagging Wild Forest’s official account.
- Include the hashtag #LORDish.
- Confirm your entry by replying to the contest announcement and submitting the contest form.
The deadline for submissions is October 20th at 4 PM UTC. The winning designs will be selected through team and community voting. Prizes for the top five include:
- 1st: Premium Pack + Standard Pack + Ronin Legendary Skin
- 2nd: Premium Pack + Basic Plus Pack + Ronin Epic Skin
- 3rd: Premium Pack + Ronin Rare Skin
- 4th: Two Standard Packs + Ronin Rare Skin
- 5th: One Standard Pack
The packs contain random Unit NFTs, with a chance to unlock a Lord NFT. These packs, along with others, can be purchased on the Mavis Market.
