January Updates

Miny Unit & Token Utility

The new Miny unit serves as a utility for Wild Forest tokens, addressing the current oversupply of units. To mint a Miny, players must use Wild Forest tokens, which helps regulate unit availability and maintain a balanced economy.

Leaderboard Fixes & Matchmaking Adjustments

Adjustments have been made to matchmaking, ensuring fairer battles by preventing weaker players from facing significantly stronger opponents.

Additionally, Division 1 rewards have been enhanced, while Division 3 rewards have been slightly reduced in response to community feedback.

Anti-Bot Measures

The development team continues to implement strategies to combat bots, frequently banning suspicious accounts to ensure a fair gaming environment.

February Updates

Expeditions: A New Gameplay Mechanic

Expeditions will allow players to send units on missions to collect rare resources. However, units risk being permanently lost during these high-risk missions. This feature serves as a burn mechanism to control unit supply while rewarding players with valuable crafting materials.

Battle Pass Overhaul

The battle pass system is being revamped to introduce fresh daily missions and improved rewards. Players can expect more engaging objectives and potentially better incentives for premium pass holders.

Ambassador Program & Creator Initiatives

Content creators and community members can participate in an improved ambassador program, allowing for better integration and opportunities within the game’s ecosystem.

March Updates

Elixir Crafting & Ingredient Collection

Players will be able to use resources gathered during Expeditions to craft elixirs. The exact function of these crafted items remains undisclosed but is expected to enhance gameplay mechanics.

Perk Reroll System

Currently, legendary and mystic units have fixed perks, but the upcoming update will introduce a reroll system. This allows players to spend Wild Forest tokens to alter unit perks, further incentivizing token utility and controlling supply-demand balance.

April Updates

Private Battles & Tournament Support

A long-awaited feature, private battles, will enable friends and community members to host their own matches. Additionally, tournament support will allow organized competitions, potentially fostering an esports scene within Wild Forest.

Lord Rental System

A new system will enable players to rent Lords, providing access to premium content without requiring a direct purchase. The mechanics behind this system are yet to be detailed.

Token Economy & Future Outlook

The developers are prioritizing sustainable token utility to maintain in-game economy balance. Rather than rushing a token exchange listing, the team is focusing on creating genuine in-game demand through gameplay enhancements and burn mechanisms.
