In this guide we are going to be exploring the versatile uses of the new and improved Seed of Fire also known as FC1.
FC1 Skill Explanation
FC1 places a Flame Seed at the target location and detonates it in 0.5 second dealing damage to enemies hit and inflicting them with 1 stack of Ablaze.
A Flame Sea is set off for 6 seconds upon detonation, dealing magic damage to enemies it touches for every 1 second.
FC1 has 3 available upgrades:
- Upgrade 1: When the Flame Seed detonates, enemies hit are slowed by 30% for 6 seconds.
- Upgrade 2: During the slow, allies within the Flame Sea deal 30% bonus damage and take 30% reduced damage.
- Upgrade 3: Your Avatar is healed for the amount equal to 25% of the damage dealt. If the detonation hits the enemy Avatar, the size of the Flame Sea is increased by 100%.
Example FC1 Usage
Let’s start by examining how players effectively deploy FC1 in combat.
In our video example above, the player waits for their opponent to activate WC6. As soon as WC6 is dropped, FC1 is placed strategically, exploding and shrinking the circle, catching the opponent off guard.
In another scenario, anticipating an enemy dash, FC1 can be defensively placed, instantly neutralizing the opponent with its explosive effect.
Highlighting FC1’s healing capabilities, a well placed FC1 on attackable projectiles such as EC1’s Rock’n’Roll boulder and EC4’s Rootvine Seeds will restore a significant amount of health points, demonstrating its utility as an effective healing tool.
