6.7M NYAN Tokens Up for Grabs in Playtest 4
The Solana-based shooter Nyan Heroes is set to distribute its biggest token airdrop yet, with 6.7 million NYAN tokens (~$200,000) available during Playtest 4 from March 26 to April 13.
This marks a 34% increase from the previous airdrop, with a staggering 250,000 NYAN tokens reserved for the top-ranked player.
How to Earn Airdrop Rewards
Players can earn NYAN tokens by completing in-game challenges and web-based missions, including:
✅ Finishing in-game tasks and objectives
✅ Connecting accounts
✅ Inviting friends
Genesis NFT holders will receive bonus multipliers based on rarity, increasing their overall token rewards.
The reward structure, designed by former EVE Online economy director Asimakis Reppas, includes three tiers:
- Challenger
- Leaderboard
- Genesis NFT

💠 New Playable Character: Coco, a pilot operating Guardian Gizmo, a mech that deploys turrets and magnetic platforms.
⚽ New Game Mode: Fishball, a team-based competition where players score by carrying or throwing a ball into opponents’ goals.
🗼 New Tokyo-Themed Map: Designed for vertical movement, adding fresh gameplay dynamics.
Community Rewards Program Expands
This airdrop represents 2% of Nyan Heroes’ total community rewards pool, part of developer 9 Lives Interactive’s initiative to reward dedicated players.
With Nyan Heroes returning to the Epic Games Store this month, anticipation is building for Playtest 4’s release and the game’s on-chain economy expansion.
